The non-profit organization ResQ – People Saving People was founded to protect the lives and rights of those in danger in the Mediterranean through search and rescue missions at sea and awareness-raising initiatives on land. Our rescue ship, ResQ People, set sail for the first time on August 7, 2021.
Since 2023, we started our activities on the Trieste border, providing assistance to men, women and children arriving in Europe from the Balkan route.
