The Cook is responsible for the organization of the galley and the preparation of meals for 21 crew members.

Responsibilities
The Cook is responsible to prepare lunch and dinner for 21 crew members. Please note that amongst the crew there may be special diet requirements, such as vegetarian/vegan diets or special needs/intolerances. The Cook is also responsible for maintaining a clean work area in the galley and storages. Duties of this position will include set up of equipment, verification of stock, cleaning of cooking equipment, managing flow of food, follow sanitation and safety standards.
Requirements
Experience in cooking and preparing food for the crew, including special diets.
Capacity to manage the existing inventories, plan the order of necessary quantities of food for each mission.
Good English language skills.
Skills
High flexibility and spirit of adaptability.
Willingness to take part in daily activities of the ship.
Good Italian language skills is a strong plus, since we purchasing goods in Italy.
